DESCRIPTION:A three-month exhibition at the Museum of Abolition exploring
  the cultural and social legacy of the abolitionist movement in Brazil.
  The exhibition features documents\, photographs\, and personal artifacts
  from the collection of over 300 items housed in the former Madalena
  Plantation headquarters. Visitors will encounter firsthand accounts of
  resistance\, the formation of quilombo communities\, and the ongoing
  influence of Afro-Brazilian cultural traditions in contemporary society.
  Interactive stations allow visitors to listen to oral histories and
  explore digitized archival material from the Brasiliana Museus platform.
